How long does a download take?▾
Boxkite can download thousands of files from Xero per hour. Depending on the amount of data you have, most downloads are ready within an hour or two. However, Xero restricts access to 5,000 records per day, so if you have more than that, it can take several days to complete. This restriction applies to all apps that integrate with Xero (not just Boxkite).
What data is downloaded?▾
Contacts, Debtor Invoices, Creditor Invoices, Bank Transactions, Manual Journals, Financial Statements, Purchase Orders, Quotes, Tax Rates, Tracking Categories, Payments, Batch Payments, Items, Accounts, Budgets, and Assets.
What does it cost?▾
$29 USD per organization. This is a one-time payment - no subscriptions or recurring fees.
How long is the download available?▾
Once your backup is complete, you have 7 days to download your ZIP file. After that, the file is automatically deleted for security purposes.
Is my data secure?▾
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure AWS infrastructure. Your data is temporarily stored only for the backup process and deleted after 7 days.
